Wednesday, February 15th at The Forum, Columbia University, In-Person.   NEW YORK, NY – Representative Adriano Espaillat (NY-13) will host his annual Black History Month program on Wednesday, February 15th at 8:30 a.m. at the Forum at Columbia University located at 601 West 125th Street New York, NY 10027. During the event, Rep.
