During the discussion, Rep. Espaillat will be joined by New York Assembly Member Jeffrey Dinowitz and New York City Council Member Eric Dinowitz.   These informal events provide residents the opportunity to discuss their concerns and share ideas on how to make improvements throughout New York’s 13th congressional district.
